  • Open the chat by using the button in the bottom right corner.
  • Press the question mark button to enter and view our help center page, this page contains all of our most frequently asked questions.
  • If the help center does not contain the information you are looking for, press the speech bubble button to open a chat with one of our agents to find a solution for your problem. The first steps will be answered by a chatbot, if an agent is available you will be forwarded to the agent. If not, we will try to answer your question as soon as possible by e-mail.
  • If your question is still unanswered or if you prefer to contact us through e-mail? Press the envelope button and you can leave us a message.

SHIPPING

We ship within 1-2 business days to all of the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.

RETURNS

Customers have 14 calendar days to change their mind about a purchase from the moment they receive it. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Products purchased on Respondet have a 1 year warranty.
